Based in Sibsey,near Boston Lincolnshire, Computer Hound is the new mobile computer repair and computer education service for Boston and the surrounding area. We don't mind working when you need us to, which includes weekends and evenings!

Our service is provided by an ex Royal Air Force technician with 22 years experience and numerous qualifications in the Information Technology and Communications field. During his service he was security cleared to Developed Vetting level for over 15 years.
We offer a friendly, reputation based service, to help home computer users maintain, repair and use their computer equipment. We aim to solve most problems quickly with the minimum of fuss and at the best price possible. We charge by the hour, but, only when we are actually working, e.g. we don't charge for the time spent watching a blue progress bar go across the screen! We do offer a discounted rate for OAP customers.
We will always, when asked, explain, as clearly as possible, what the problem is and what we are trying to do to fix it, we don't believe in keeping useful information to ourselves if it would benefit you to know for future use!
We stick by the phrase 'KISS', Keep It Simple Stupid! Computers are like most things in life, not too complicated if you break them down into smaller parts!
Sometimes, of course, we will come across problems we can't fix there and then, but, we will then offer to research what can be done and go from there - There is nearly always solutions to computer problems - sometimes you have to look a little harder that's all!
If we don't think the problem is worth spending your hard earned money on, we will tell you just that, and try to offer more sensible options for you!
