Started in 2010 and based in Sibsey, near Boston Lincolnshire, Computer Hound is a mobile computer repair and computer education service for Boston and the surrounding area - up to 15(ish) miles from Sibsey!
I don't mind working when you need me to, which includes weekends, evenings and even Bank Holidays (for no extra fees)!
I don't actually feel the need to advertise too much, as I am just a one man band who prefers to rely on a solid reputation built up over the years.
As a consequence, my rates are probably the lowest in the area considering the extremely high level of knowledge and expertise on offer.

Why Choose Us?
Our service is provided by an ex Royal Air Force Electronics Technician with 30 years of practical experience in IT Technical Support, Secure Communications and was also trained to be a specialist in IT Security Testing and Vulnerability Analysis.
During his service he gained numerous highly technical qualifications and was security cleared to Developed Vetting (DV) level for over 15 years.
We offer a friendly, reputation based service, to help home computer users maintain, repair and use their computer equipment. We aim to solve most problems quickly with the minimum of fuss and at the best price possible. We charge by the hour, but, only when we are actually working, e.g. we don't charge for the time spent watching a blue progress bar go across the screen! We do offer a discounted rate for OAP customers. For the high level of expertise on offer to home PC users from this very competent and experienced Technician you can be sure to receive excellent value for your money!
We will always, when asked, explain, as clearly as possible, what the problem is and what we are trying to do to fix it, we don't believe in keeping useful information to ourselves if it would benefit you to know for future use!
We stick by the phrase 'KISS', Keep It Simple Stupid! Computers are like most things in life, not too complicated if you break them down into smaller parts!
Sometimes, of course, we will come across problems we can't fix there and then, but, we will then offer to research what can be done and go from there or take your computer back to our office to be fixed. - There is nearly always a solution to computer problems - sometimes you have to look a little harder that's all! You will find out that this Technician will go that extra mile to solve your problems!
If we don't think the problem is worth spending your hard earned money on, we will tell you just that, and try to offer more sensible options for you!
